Chip on the glass fish tank

A 1000L, 6ft long plywood aquarium keeps leaking, unclear where from. Needs to be resealed, unlikely just from the joints, but the plywood itself.

I purchased a used Cade 2100 (7ft) aquarium - in the process, the glass chipped on the bottom. No leaks, but I’d like to smooth it out if possible. The glass is 19mm Starfire glass. I've been advised resin with UV could fix it, but looking for anyone that can help

I have a large 8ft turtle tank and the turtle dock inside it needs to be removed and moved up higher and new silicon needs to be applied. The tank is starting to bend at the front and this job needs to be done asap. As you can see from the pics there is a gap between the turtle dock and the front of the tank.
