I have a low set rental home where part of the guttering that sits under a roof eave has attracted nesting pigeons. There are no babies. I have removed the nest once and put in small plastic spikes from Bunnings but they are returning. I have cleaned the pigeon excrement away but I suspect it is back. Excrement is also on a small part of the colourbond roof. The area of gutter is probably around 1 metre. That’s where the eave stops. I require cleaning and a permanent deterrent put in place. For instance a gutter guard or permissible spikes. Please see attached picture. The home is at North Lakes. Thank you.
