To replace the existing box gutter on top of the garage/store room. The current box gutter is about 25mm, need to be replaced with a deeper box gutter of more than 75mm. The length of the box gutter is approximately 3.5m, the width is about 25cm. This needs to be done as part of the insurance claim. Need qualified plumber with proper invoice after the job.

The concrete with in the backyard was not done properly and the water gets clogged everyone there is a rain. Unsure about the budget as I didn't have a reference.

I am always hearing this rattling/vibrational noise on windy days (normally when there like is a northerly wind) when I stay in the room on second floor. I uploaded the video of the noise on youtube. https://youtu.be/T0hHXGZvaCo?feature=shared I have asked the solar installer to come and have a look at the solar panel and he confirmed nothing loose and he thinks the noise is from the gutter. I am looking for a roof gutter plumber /specialist come and inspect the gutter and tighten if they are loose or come up with solution to rectify the noise on windy days. Also when you are up the roof, inspect the roof tile to see if there is any crack that needs to be repaired.
