Simon, Brodie and Liam were good lads. They cleaned our gutters and roof 2 storey, using blowers and the amount of gunk that fell out was unbelievable. They also used the blowers to clean around the area. We did have a misunderstanding regarding what level of 'cleaning' meant for the price as I thought it would involve a light wash as the gutters on the outside facade was all sooty and black it was cream coloured too and Simon explained it to me well that it wasn't part of it for the price. Have I known that we could've paid extra to get it done. But, we agreed anyway for the boys to come back again and do the additional job for a reasonable price and we were good with that. I suppose, just for feedback it would be good to know what different types of cleaning levels there are and get it clarified beforehand. I now know for future to ask as well what is included in the price to minimise misunderstandings.

Simon has gone over and beyond with the roof gutters and the pigeon problems on my roof. This Guy is switched on and has the skills to communicate and comprehend the tasks given. I can say he may be the most reliable maintenance person i have dealt with. I would definitely use his services if required. In all honesty: I would try not to recommend highly reliable taskers like Simon to others due to the fact they become too popular and no longer avilible for my tasks.
