Remove mould and replace ceiling and skylight, re seal as well

Following a lightening thunderstorm and hail, the strong winds blow rainwater up the tiled roof valley, seemingly defying gravity. The black tiles, previously restored by ex-roofer with non-porous paint, cling to the raindrops. A gust of stronger wind sweeps the rainwater away from the drainage pipe. Rainwater accumulates around a roof tile, seeps through a crack and splashes into the mid of ceiling beneath the the valley.

Needing an experienced, qualified tradesperson to fix the attached hole in our roof void. Small hole noticeable more from inside the roof void - as pictured. Needs to be completely sealed so no small pests can make their way inside. Seals inside and outside to multiple locations. All pictured. Fairly easy access onto roof and inside roof void. Repair damage to the roof. The house is a 2-story dwelling. Replace capping and tiles. May have some of the original tiles on site. Unsure about the capping. Require someone who is experienced with roof repairs. **Unsure of price so have put $200 in just to let me proceed to post. Will need a quote.

A two storey townhouse, roof inspection to see if the small leak is from the roof and make safe if needed

The valley flashing at the roof junction above the garage ceiling needs to be straightened, and extended. Also the void behind the guttering needs to be blocked off as any water overflow from the valley junction is directed at the void behind the guttering.

We had a rangehood duct installed and the sparky had to list a couple of tiles and cut the roof sarking under 2 tiles to be able to do the ducting. I would just like to get the sarking fixed. It might be enough to just tape it up with some sort of reinforced ducting tape, or it might need a couple of small pieces (I’m sure some off cuts would be fine) of sarking may need to be taped on or glued on with something like sika flex. We have marked the 2 tiles that have the small holes under them. - Due date: Flexible

Small roof leak, likely source is from incorrectly installed Dektite where the deck roof is connected. Accessible via ladder from the deck Please see attached photos - Due date: Flexible
