Small concrete rectification work in order to get council sign-off on public works (footpath and storm water connection). 1. Remove section of concreting on the median strip crossover that was done in error without damaging the original concrete next to it (see photo). Add top soil to be level with rest of nature strip such that turf can be put down. 2. Council requires the stormwater outlet to be replaced with new kerb & gutter that extends 500mm from each edge of the outlet and includes a 10mm thick mastic expansion joint (full depth) at both ends. They also require that a 600mm asphalt adjustment is included and liquid crack sealing if the asphalt is damaged or deteriorated (see photo)

Looking for someone to clean the gutters on our paddington terrace. Must have own ladder and insurance. Looking for someone to clean out the leaves by hand and not with water (have had a previous company use water and it flooded the roof space). Gutters run along the back and side, on two stories. Not a big job. Maybe 1-1.5 hours. Gutters along the front of the house too but not sure if they will be accessible. Happy to be flexible on quote until you see the job. Thanks!

Need qualified plumber to replace old down pipe I had an electrical fuse box replaced but the electrician has to move it closer to the wall, which meant he had to cut the down pipe off. Need new downpipe. Happy to pay $200 + materials

The front gutter is currently loose where it meets the side wall, meaning it currently leans at the wrong angle and therefore water runoff is pooling at this location (where it is meant to go the other way). I need assistance in if being lifted and properly re-affixed permanently. I’m not looking for the gutter to be replaced.

Single level home. Roof gutter cleaning.

The house is an Edwardian terrace. The chimney is dripping into the fireplace when it rains. I’d like the chimney made watertight. This is likely a simple capping at the top job. In addition, there is a small leak from a tiled section of roof that I’d like seen to. There is a leak at another point of tiled area. And lastly, a small joint in a modern section of glass roof needs a spot of silicon.

We have a water leak coming in near our sunlight in the hallway upstairs as well as in one of the bedroom upstairs in our 2 storey semi. Would like someone to come assess and fix

Reattach the downpipe and add a piece so rain flows properly onto sideway and not splash into basement. Kind of a rush job if this rain keeps pouring. The downpipe has a rounded oblong x section. Red outline in photo is downpipe on the ground, yellow outline is where it should be. :-P
