We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have a passion for coffee, and possess full working rights (no student visas). Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items. - Maintain a consistent level of quality in every cup, adhering to cafe recipes and standards. - Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and process transactions accurately. - Assist with setting up and closing down the coffee station daily. - Manage stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other barista supplies, and notify management of shortages. - Ensure the coffee machine, grinder, and other equipment are clean and in excellent working condition. - Provide excellent customer service, making customers feel valued and appreciated. - Assist with basic food service or preparation during quieter periods, if needed. - Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards. Requirements: • Minimum of 1-2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment. • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. • Fluent English communication skills. • Passionate about coffee and customer service. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
