Due to a poor perimeter seal, grout deterioration and missing grout, water and moisture has travelled below the tiled surface. The perimeter seal, grout and tile surface in it's present condition is inadequate to resist any water or moisture travelling below the tiled surface. Current damage caused from this leak - poor perimeter, missing grout, drummy tiles, leading to waterproofing failing and going into bedroom next door. My bathroom has been stripped, new flooring and walls put in (by trades). I am about to waterproof the area. It needs to be screed (including relevant falls to drains) before I can waterproof the screed and tile. It is approximately 4m^2 of floor. I anticipate the room will be ready for screed from this Friday.

Tiles in 2 bathrooms need resealing and waterproofing

I need 2 tiles laid and grouted as part of my kitchen splash back +/- sealing edges of splash back for completeness. Was initially done but final two tiles had to be removed because they weren’t level. The bottom tile would need shaving down on the long end to make it level, both top and bottom would need cutting along short edge. Tiles supplied, grout and adhesive not supplied.

I need to remove 68m2 of tiles and skirting. The tiles are glued to 6mm fibre cement that is nailed to timber subfloor not glued - I know this as I did it. I removed laundry due to time limits and it lifts up in cut sections fairly easy. Thankful for not glueing. Would need to cut tiles around kitchen bench as it was laid before kitchen install. Would need to ensure all nails left in floor are hammered in or removed to not impede new floor.

The in wall toilet is being repaired by a plumber on the 20th of May. The tiles above the toilet will be removed for the plumber to have access to the in wall cistern. Once repaired, I'll need a tiler to plasterboard and retile in the same tiles which I will supply. It will be approx 1 square meter of tiles, maybe less. Will be required on or around the 21st or 22nd of May.
