Last year I had an update done to my studio kitchenette - but it was not done to my request. Now - the upper cabinets need to be detached, and moved up so that they are at tye ceiling height. In order to do this, a bulkhead needs to be removed, and the walls patched for paint. The splash back will need to either be replaced or patched. Also change pantry doors, and two other lots of doors that have been ordered to match the kitchen, from bunnings. I dont live at the property permanently, but will be around this weekend to show it.

I have an issue with the bathroom floor tiles. Grout has deteriorated, tiles are now loose and likely causing leaking. Only 3 of the tiles are actually loose. One is particularly bad. I don’t have any replacement tiles and I want to consider my options. My preference is not to have to do the whole floor. Is there a way of only fixing the damaged tiles / area affected? Providing I can get a near match on the tiles I would be happy with this this option. If this is possible I would also like to re-grout the entire floor to prevent recurrence. Have no idea of cost. A couple bathroom tiles are loose, partly because the shower head above keeps leaking water down on to it, so this also needs fixing. 1 x big white tile needs gluing down and a little red square tile. Perhaps the old tiles underneath have also contributed to the looseness of those on top?

There are three rows of missing tiles on my bathroom wall. Need a tiled to patch the tiles under and behind the mirror cabinet. These are standard white gloss tiles that are 20cm x 19.5cm. I don’t have spare tiles so it will need to be provided as part of the job.
