We are going to replace with a freestanding ikea pax. Need a quote to remove fitted/builtin wardrobe, remove a wall and wardrobe frame, then plaster walls/ceiling where wardrobe was, add skirting board / cornice to area where wardrobe was. Ceiling patched, made flush in ceiling cavity. Basically, we need a bigger (with wall removed) and clear cavity where the wardrobe was before. Quote can include 1) removing and disposing the wardrobe and/or wall only; or 2) removing and disposing of the wardrobe and wall and repairing the wall/ceiling (plastering) if you are qualified / experienced in doing so; or 3) Just the repair/plastering of wall and ceiling. - Due date: Flexible

Wanting to remove the built in wardrobe in a bedroom, build a wall where the doors used to be, and in the adjoining area, create that space into a pantry with sliding door. Also want to knock down the pantry in the kitchen. Will not have access to the house until 1st of Feb, so not sure if any of the walls are load bearing or dimensions.
