3x holes in external double brickwork from old beams being supported. Wanting to either fill holes (20x10cm) with spare brick then render over or install brick vents. Flashing removed from top of wall due to being oversized. Wanting smaller, tight fitting solution to seal existing exposed render join. Investigating whether paint is lead based as building is 1930s

We have a custom wall in our backyard with tiles. Has been fine for circa 10 years, but some of the tiles at the bottom have come off. Need to re-glue/re-attach (but also need to check if any reason this happened and fix the source of the problem - eg, if water is coming through a gap, might need patching or silicone).
