Wall that had 2 windows which have been filled in with blue board. This area need to be rendered to match the rest of the wall (paint not required, just render). There are a few small other areas that require patch rendering. Unsure of how much this costs normally.

Approx 10m² of brick fence to render bright white Prior to rendering the mail box side of the fence needs to be longer in length so that it can fit a single auto sliding gate. At the moment, the only way is to have the gate opening from the left and this interferes with the pedestrian gate. Please refer to pics when looking head on at the house. The mail box pillar needs approx 200mm of extra length added to it so the auto gate can fit neatly behind there instead of opening from the ped gate side. Open to suggestions please Would like to discuss the possibility of increasing height of the current brick fence by another 2 bricks, layed horizontally. The current height of the brick pillars,( fyi, there are black aluminium slats between each pillar, appear quite short in height ESPECIALLY in comparison to the neighbours fences. In my opinion the fence does not look solid enough and definitely could have been built taller, wider creating a more solid appearance. I.e looking more robust. Either way,I have plenty of bricks IF we decide to go down this path (pls see photos attached) 3- I supply materials and you supply labour - Due date: Flexible

I’ve been rendering for more than 10years

Need a repair done to the rendering on a feature wall / gate (see photos). What has happened is that the gate latch was attached only by screws into the grout below the bead. The gate was blown shut and the latch busted out. Overall repair needed is to the damaged wall and render, painting (I have the paint), and re-affix latch. Note: The glass pool fence will probably be in the way, however I can deal with that.

Foundation, brick veneer, on a slope. We don't have any official house plans etc so we would rely on your knowledge of house structures in that period that were built in Queensland. Not planning to submit DA or anything at this stage, I have a few ideas of what I might want to do and I need to visualise it to help me communicate and get quotes from tradies etc. If you're in town, more than happy for you to inspect the site and measure things with me, but otherwise I am happy to provide pictures and measurements. If you are familiar with Australia building code, it's a plus. If you have creative minds and can contribute ideas on how to make the house super modern, even better. The budget for this initial stage can't be shifted too much but it might have follow up tasks if I end up needing a proper drawing for DA or for a structural engineer approval. In your offer if you could indicate whether you're a registered architect/engineer in Australia (with registration numbers) that would be great, or if you're a graduate or final year student, which university are you from etc. Relative familiarity with australia building codes and structural practicality is important for exterior design. Need to have someone render a section of exterior wall, rendered to match the current rendering texture. This matching is a must. This patch repaired area is from an old wall air conditioner that was removed. Right now I’m offering for this one small project.
