We’re having some issues with the clothes washing machine. It’s not draining and the door won’t open so we haven’t been able to use it for about 5 days. We’ve tried a few different cycles + spin and drain lots of time but still nothing. We turned it off at the mains and it opened but then after another cycle the same issue again. We would like someone to come around to service it please

Door seal has torn in a Miele Washing machine model No WDA 111 and needs replacing asap.

We do not currently have a washing machine or dryer in our flat (there is a communal laundry in the block). We would like to install one in the bathroom. We understand this is possible provided that the electrics are not located in the bathroom. So we would need someone who can plumb in the machine and sort the electrics.
