Seal concrete gutters with either Flexitec 2020 Resin or Aluminium gutter lining and paint them with white exterior paint. Replace the wooden fascia board in the rear as seen in the photo.the front flat roof also need sealing as some portion of felt has come off from the wall. Roof tile pointing is required as in photo. Some small portion of felt inside the loft is broken and it needs fixing. the guttering looks old and rusted, doesn't seem to be a leak , just pealing off/ rotted. Fascias also looks old/ rusting. wanting it to cleaned or rust damage to be fixed and painted over. also to check if rainwater fittings are all good or need repair as well

We need to add additional sound insulation (acoustic engineer suggests vinyl but open to ideas) to existing upper office walls. We also need to insulate additional offices. We have some wood on site and many rolls of the grey fabric as seen in photos but quote should otherwise include the cost of materials. In photo, right side is insulated but needs more. Left side is open and wooden beams plus insulation need to be installed. There are roughly 11 sections that need to be done but we will prioritise 4 of them. Parapet wall repairs needs to be painted with grey waterproofing (permaseal or similar). 1.5m or pointing needs to be removed and redone to a high standard. The parapet wall is on the front roof slope about the first floor. The repointing is behind the second floor rear addition(pod). Only experienced roofers wanted.

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must.
