Dishwasher leaked and we need skirting boards replacing and kitchen cupboard also

I need help with 2 sise boards i small kitchen wall cupboard and 1 under sink unit to be put together

I've just moved into a new house and I am cleaning the kitchen cupboards so I can start unpacking. I have seen a few spiders, which I managed to get rid of, but I don't want them to come back. There are some some holes at the back of the kitchen cupboard under the sink that might need temporary hole plugs/wire grommets and 1 large holes that will probably need some mdf or something to seal the cupboard off near the washing machine.

The kitchen cupboard door, one hinge is broken. I have bought two new hinges to be attached and the door replaced. Also two guitar mounts to be drilled into the wall and a screw for a mirror to hang on also to be drilled in please

cant find the key anywhere- this cupboard door lock needs to be drilled into (without breaking the cupboard of course!) can this be done simply? i hope
