I need a skylight installed. The internal fitting in the ceiling is already established. There was previously a skylight on the old roof. When that roof was replaced the crew forgot to re-install the new skylight. The house is double story, so you will need a long ladder. I will supply the skylight and silicone sealant. You will supply the ladder, angle grinder, roofing screws, and everything else required to install the skylight onto the roof. This job can be conducted weekdays or weekends, day or night.

Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do. We have other roofing work coming up but need this fixed ASAP while we're planning the other works. I'll add pics ASAP.
