We're seeking a professional 3D CAD designer proficient in SolidWorks to produce detailed Water Control System designs from concept sketches and ideas. The initial task will be to design a Water Level Monitoring (WLM) system with the supplied information and image. Ongoing work may be available based on the quality and promptitude of the design. Please note that the design must be in SolidWorks, and the initial task should only be completed if you are available for ongoing work. The WLM system consists of a main pole (assume 50x4mm tube) which is fixed to the ground and supports the stilling tube, electrical cabinet (300x300x150mm, centre 1.6m from ground), and solar panel (397x280x25mm, 2m from ground with latitude and direction adjustment). The stilling tube extends to the bottom of the canal and must be large enough to house the 27mm diameter sensor and have an adjustable angle to suit the canal. The solar panel and sensor cables must have minimal exposure and remain inside the pole and tube as much as possible before entering the cabinet. All components are to be aluminium. Please develop a 3D model of the entire system, except for the electrical components. Include simplified models of the solar panel and cabinet as references. Detail electrical cable provisions. This task has a limited budget, as we are interested in what can be produced in a restricted timeframe.

We would like concept plans and ideas for an extension to an existing 1900’s built house. We only require 2D concept plans, not full construction plans. The front of the house currently has 3 bedrooms and a living room. The back of the house has kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The back part of the house needs to be knocked down, creating an extension building envelope (STCA). The envelope shown on the attached site plan is an approximation, it can extend on either side of the house or be level with the house. A verandah may be built on the right (shed) side of the house allowing a door from the extension onto the new verandah. If needed the extension can be larger (or smaller) than the envelope shown. We have a couple of alternatives we want to see drawn up. 1. A double storey extension out the back comprising kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry downstairs (possibly converting bed 2 into bathroom and laundry?), and a master suite upstairs. We would like a balcony on the north (top right on the site plan) upstairs to take advantage of the view. 2. A single storey extension with kitchen, living, laundry and bathroom and a new master suite with ensuite (using either Bed 2 or Lounge – Bed 3 can be used as a lounge). I have attached a floor plan of another house we have seen that has had a similar extension however we want a separate laundry room, not a European laundry in the WIP. We want to maximise light in the living area, happy for the kitchen to be on the S/W wall. The site plans as shown are close to scale but can not be relied on for measurements.
