Hi. Im looking for an experienced, reliable, and fully insured cleaner for an end-of-lease clean of my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in South Brisbane (4101). Property details: 2 carpeted bedrooms Carpeted lounge & dining area 2 bathrooms Kitchen Balcony 1 carpark with storage cage Full list of cleaning tasks from real estate provided in the attached picture. Carpet steam cleaning throughout too would be ideal. I am a clean person so unit has been kept in good condition. But there will be the usual dust & mess from under sofas ans behind fridges etc. Date: Must be available on Sunday 27 April or Monday 28 April. Must have: Own cleaning equipment and products Steam cleaning machine Public liability insurance Attention to detail and experience with bond cleans Please quote including all services, including steam clean (if you offer it).
