Hi, I’m looking for a professional cold caller or appointment setter to assist with our Australian market expansion. We are a growing health and wellness brand, now launching across retail and ecommerce channels in Sydney. Your task will be to help us reach out to potential stockists such as health food stores, fitness studios, supplement retailers, and boutique pharmacies. What you'll do: Call a list of curated leads (we provide the data or you help research) Introduce our brand professionally over the phone Book meetings or request next-step contact (sample request, buyer contact, etc.) Take clear call notes in our provided tracking sheet Speak naturally, confidently, and in line with brand tone (we'll provide a short script) You are: Experienced in cold calling or appointment setting (ideally in retail, FMCG, or health industry) Fluent in English with a natural, confident and polite phone presence Organised and reliable (we may work 2–3 days/week ongoing if this goes well) Preferably based in Australia or familiar with local business culture Pay: $X/hour or fixed rate per completed call + bonus for successful meeting booked Open to trial task first (5–10 calls) before scaling
