Hi! We are currently needing for a labourer to handle tiling building material (such as grout bags, tile glue bags, topping screed bags, tile boxes, etc) and efficiently relocate if from ground level to the roof level via scaffold stairs on an hourly rate of $45 per hour for a total of 4 hours (total value for the 4 hours = $180) This job will require the labourer to do the following: Step 1 - From where the material is dropped of that the front of the building you would need to walk it all the way down the right hand side of the building till you get to the back of the building, as shown on this video that is attached. Step 2 - once you get to the stairs, the material will need to get walked up to the roof via the scaffolds stairs, as shown on the attached photo. Step 3 - The Material will need to be placed together in a designated location, so that it doesn’t take a lot of room, so that it doesn’t impede the tiling works, as marked up on the attached photo.. Step 4 - Repeat Steps 1 to 4 until all the material is on the roof relocated to the roof. Lastly please note that based on previous experience we feel that the job could be completed in less than the 4 hours by an efficient labourer, and if that is the case you will still be paid the full amount.

I have an elevated timber deck (3 floors up) that I want to replace with tiles. I would remove the timber deck planks and replace with sheeting screed and tiles. I am wanting a Certified Engineer to certify that the current structure (timber) will support the weight and be sound and provide a report. Glass balustrading would be removed and replaced once the tiles are laid.

Looking for help to screed a bathroom drop into a shower drain for a wet room-put $5 for a quote - but please put an offer in :) It's 2.4m x2.3m size, tiles removed except near lip of door entry. Scope as follows: * In Bathroom & Toilet: Install new wall tiles & floor * Apply new screed to floors * Apply primer silicon and shower mesh all around bathroom floor and shower area. * Apply grout and silicone throughout * Waterproofing show area * Clean up the work area, remove all debris, and ensure the space is usable.
