A team of 4 x experienced bar/wait staff needed to make cocktails, work the bar, run food, collect and clean glasses/bottles and keep the booze flowing at a private joint 50th birthday party in Waterloo. Cocktail experience required - we will be serving three cocktails: Margarita, Aperol Spritz and classic Gin & Tonic/Gin & Soda. Plus serving beer and wine. Between the 4 of you, you will serve drinks, collect and wash glasses, run or clear food, keep the room tidy and the bar stocked with ice and garnishes. Staff to provide their own cocktail making equipment and bottle openers/waiters friends. Start at 6.30pm finish at 12.30am.
