We are a property management company seeking a reliable on-call WiFi technician to support our Airbnb properties. Role Overview: You will be responsible for responding to WiFi-related issues at our properties when basic troubleshooting has not resolved the problem. I'm having trouble reconnecting our surveillance system in the salon and now it's offline. Our internet wifi was dropping out so I unplugged everything and ive plugged it all back in but I'm not sure if I have the plugs in the correct spot and now it's offline. The system we use is called hikvision. I've called the technical support but I have no idea what they are talking about.

Eyevision Two Wire (EV2WF) monitor for video doorbell working well locally. However, when connecting to the VDP connect app there are intermittent issues that I believe are related to a network issue. It will work for periods where I can connect remotely from my VDP app to the intercom but then it will disconnect and I need to re-register the device again. Another peculiar issue that may be related is when i do connect with 5G/mobile data the video shows but when I connect on the same wifi network I only get audio and no video.

Hi, we need someone to assist with our Vivotek camera system at home. It is an NVR that is connected to our router, so we can access the video through the iViewer App when we are connected to the wifi connection at home.
