Tunji completed a complex patio with a herringbone pattern and border and also a shed base over the course of 6 days. Tunji was very helpful and thoughtful during the planning stages of the project and during the implementation he worked extremely hard to get a good a finish as possible and was very meticulous. He’s very friendly and a great person to work with. Overall we are very pleased with the result and look forward to working with Tunji again as we plan for him to do more work in the garden.

Level and Install gravel & wooden sleeper

We would like to have the back of our small garden flattened and levelled (slightly) and weed membrane installed and gravel put on top. The garden has a slight slope so we think installing a wooden beam behind our pavers will be the best solution. The job will require breaking down some old cement edges to install the beam. We have bags of soil already there that can be used to level the garden if needed. We would like the same gravel put in our front garden too. This is already level and just requires a membrane Update* gravel will arrive on or before the 6th September so ideally we would have the work completed on Friday/Saturday - 6/7th I also wanted to mention that there will be some weeding and removing of a few plants (please see attached images) before the ground is levelled and gravel added. We would also like the dead palm leaves removed from the palm tree. Below are some tools we think you will need Wheelbarrow Ladder Ground levelling tools Garden waste bags (please advise on removal of garden waste. We have a bin out the front but it won’t hold everything) We also need to order the wooden beam but would like your advice on what you need here. Will order from B&Q
From the start Nima was great to communicate with. Super competent at knowing what needed to be done. We had a hiccup or two that delayed things on the day of the job and Nima and his team worked through with no fuss staying really late to ensure the job was complete. The person should be 1) strong and have experience of digging out topsoil 2) reliable 3) must have multiple good reviews or reviews from other websites 4) must provide a fair price It will probably take about 3 hours of digging and levelling which will involve removing the top 2 inches of soil with a spade and loading into sacks, laying down fresh soil using a piece of wood/fork/rake to compact and level the ground and measuring with a spirit level to make sure it's even.
