My tv antenna is not working - it won’t pick up the channels

I need to take down an aerial mast attached to the side of a building in the height of roughly 6 m (see the photo). Would need a ladder. The aerial would be attached to a rope and lowered down. The bracket is to be cut off with a grinder. Removal of any resulting waste is not needed. Total time estimate: 1 hour

Put 2 way splitter on outside Aerial & connect 10 meter cable to my tv in bedroom. You will need to drill a hole in the wall for the cable to go through it. I have both the 2 way splitter and cable already. You will need the appropriate drill to go through brick and other tools needed for the job. It’s not that high, a regular ladder will do which you must bring with you.

We have no TV aerial signal since we moved into our flat.
