Full cellar renovation is finally complete and looking for someone to paint the walls and ceiling.

I have a wrought iron fence that needs to be painted. I've painted some myself but am running low on time. I have the paint and brushes. Photos attached.

Painting walls snd ceiling and gloss woodwork - Due date: Flexible

Need kitchen wall sanded and painted. Also have a small front garden wall needs retouch of paint. Paint will be provided - Due date: Flexible

I need this small section painted including the ceilings, and window edge (cloth is there to allow the plaster to dry uniformly but will need removing and the window cleaned of stray plaster etc.) - paint will be provided. As you can see in the photos provided, the one with the window, I have managed to primer most of the wall but the areas in brown (fresh plaster) and ceiling will need to be finished priming and then minimum two coats of the actual paint for both walls and ceiling need to applied. (Ceiling will be white and walls will be another colour - paint will be provided). The picture without the window just needs the ceiling painted in white in two coats (If you could cut the in the wall colour, I can do the rest). The height of the ceiling at the tallest point on the stairs is about 4m so you’ll need a tall ladder and your own tools to complete the job but the rest is in easy reach. budget is approximate - I am not sure what it costs but I am trying to get the best price as possible I am a professional photographer so can offer my services in return also (my day rate is £400 per day) I have a room of around 400-500 sq ft that I am thinking to have the floor tiles painted. They are a red tone of colour and I’d like it to be neutral to fit the aesthetic of the room. They also have paint left on them from the last tenant.
