Paint bedroom on same day, paint already bought. Walls, ceiling, radiator and woodwork. 1-2 coats of paint needed. All areas already painted white and to remain same colour. Room is approx 4.2 X 4.8 metres. Painter to prep room and protect furnishings.

Hi All, I about to sell my flat and felt it could do with a refresh ahead of viewings (literally one coat of paint, no more). Given that I painted both bedrooms within the last 2 years, I only really need to refresh the kitchen/living room area (approximately 16 sqm) and the tiny hallway (approximately 5 sqm). The areas to be painted are the walls, ceiling and skirting boards. I can supply the paint but the painter will need to purchase the relevant tools (rollers, brushes, masking tape and tray etc). I'm working on a very tight budget so any excessive offers simply won't be considered (I could paint the relevant areas myself but I don't really have the time and I value expertise). I have a few long hairline cracks in my hallway walls that i would like to have opened up slightly, filled (with a flexible filler), sanded and the entire set of walls repainted. If the filler requires some drying time I am happy for the task to be split over two days within a week.

The ceiling is peeling so that will need preparing, and then painting the bathroom white or similar colour.

I have water damage from 2 leaks (one in bedroom and one in bathroom) + one additional red wine stain on the ceiling of the kitchen to fix and paint over. No tools provided although I have a bit of leftover white paint from the previous paint job.

External and internal painting of large 4 x 3m garden office (shed). Requires priming paint first, then 2x coats of coloured paint. Therefore job make take 2-3 days depending on time required for paint to dry. I will supply the paint but the fee requires the Tasker to bring the required tools for example the paint roller, brushes, masking tape etc.
