Old lock holes need to be filled and sanded down, there’s two small areas on the side of the door where the brick is that I want painted white and also small areas where the brown bit is in the picture, as you will be working around handles and other staff, I will be expecting someone to be diligent and not getting any pain on this

The walls have been plastered, but some areas are not smooth so it will need to be sanded down. Also the door frames will need to be sanded down as it has some paint residue from before. The wall is having Panelling done over the weekend so the bottom Panelling will be one colour and the top will be white , everything will need to be sanded down smooth as it’s on plastered wall a mist coat wall definitely need to be applied also as panelling will be on the wall, I want the painting to be super neat and expect tapes to be used around any boxes I will provide the painting only you should have your sanding machine and painting tools
