There are three bedrooms, one sitting room, and one hallway. One wall in the largest bedroom needs wallpaper removed, made good, and redecorated in the same style as the rest of the flat. The bathroom and kitchen are excluded from this work. The flat has tenants living in it, so working in harmony with them will be necessary. They will be instructed to make it as easy as possible for the tradesmen to complete this task. I will provide white emulsion for the ceilings, Dulux White Chiffon emulsion for all walls, and Johnson’s white eggshell (oil-based) for the metal windows, woodwork, and door frames.
