We are getting a new runner installed and need the paint stripped from our stairs and skirting board and repainted before the new runner arrives. If there are any obvious wood chips if those could be filled before the stairs are painted.

I need this bunkbed disassembled, and then I need it painted. I assume that the wood will need to be somehow primed and then painted. I’m not sure if the wood needs to be sanded first. There are some black anti-slip strips on the steps and I would like those strips removed and the sticky bits sanded off and everything painted one color.

White colour paint is what is allowed by the landlord. I am moving in on the 26th December. So prefer to get this done a 8 days prior at least to move in date.
