I need to paint over a vinyl wallpaper. I already have the paint. It’s white. I think Spray would be preferably but happy to hear suggestions. The wall measures 3.08 width and 2.60 height. You’ll see a picture of the wallop attached. The floor is carpeted so you would have to bring plastic protectors. Also, I need to cover with the same paint paint a 50 cm X 30 cm area in a different wall that Recently got covered with page after some attempts of drilling for hanging a tv.
