It would be good if the ceiling was done too and inside the built in wardrobe. it's a standard double bedroom. Considering condensation on the solid brick walls, it needs to be thoroughly bonded. I'd be looking for a tradesperson that will guarantee the work so please share details of your website and trading history.

*Paint job* I need to move into a 1 bed, 1 bath flat. It's 55 sqm and empty. The walls aren't in bad condition. The property is a 7 year old new build. I am laying down plastic dust sheets so it's all ready to go. The flat will be all white, except for 1 wall which will be a neutral grey. I have the grey paint already 'Dulux Trade Diamond Matt Tinted' 2.5L. And am planning on getting 'Dulux Supermatt White 5L' (my goal being to avoid brilliant white as it's too white, but also find the off-whites are too yellow). You will need to help me find the right trim/skirting paint. I don't think the doors will need to be painted, but we can review. *Small handyman tasks* I also need a few small handyman jobs: - Pipes under sink needs to be reconnected as they are leaking slightly - 2 x kitchen cupboard doors need to be put back on as they have come off - Bathroom sealant behind sink needs to be cleaned and replaced - Balcony door rubber seal needs to be replaced Please quote for the painting and small handyman jobs separately. We would like to paint the hallway and bedroom. On the hallway the wall needs some fillier and sand off before paiting. On the bedroom only sands off and painting is required since the wall is in perfect conditions. How much would cost including all costs of protection of rooms, preparation of wasll and paint? I’d like to repaint a one bedroom flat which consists of a hallway, bedroom, kitchen/living open plan area as well as the bathroom. There are also three storage units I’d like to get touched up. The flat’s about 512sqm? I’d like to get some of the plaster and sealant/caulking fixed where it’s dried out and peeling away from the wall but happy if you want to just take on the painting aspect - happy to negotiate extra as I’m not sure if my budget is quite right.
