We would like wallpapered and ceiling relined and painted. Room size: 12ft x 10ft

We need two walls of our cellar cleaned (removing black mold) and repainted with a sealant paint. The work would need to be carried out over two days to allow for the walls to dry after being cleaned. All cleaning and painting equipment can be provided. We will provide our own paint. The work would need to be done between 8am-1pm on the two days.

*Paint job* I need to move into a 1 bed, 1 bath flat. It's 55 sqm and empty. The walls aren't in bad condition. The property is a 7 year old new build. I am laying down plastic dust sheets so it's all ready to go. The flat will be all white, except for 1 wall which will be a neutral grey. I have the grey paint already 'Dulux Trade Diamond Matt Tinted' 2.5L. And am planning on getting 'Dulux Supermatt White 5L' (my goal being to avoid brilliant white as it's too white, but also find the off-whites are too yellow). You will need to help me find the right trim/skirting paint. I don't think the doors will need to be painted, but we can review. *Small handyman tasks* I also need a few small handyman jobs: - Pipes under sink needs to be reconnected as they are leaking slightly - 2 x kitchen cupboard doors need to be put back on as they have come off - Bathroom sealant behind sink needs to be cleaned and replaced - Balcony door rubber seal needs to be replaced Please quote for the painting and small handyman jobs separately. We would like to paint the hallway and bedroom. On the hallway the wall needs some fillier and sand off before paiting. On the bedroom only sands off and painting is required since the wall is in perfect conditions. How much would cost including all costs of protection of rooms, preparation of wasll and paint? We will provide with all the needed material.

I’d like the shop’s shutters painted. The shutter type is perforated shutter. So it has many tiny holes in them. Please only get in contact if you have previous experience in this.
