Find an experienced apartment painter in Higham Hill

I’d like someone to finish (and sort out the rubbish job I’ve started!) painting just the downstairs part of the bannisters - just the spindles and handle.

Paint a 55 ft flat (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom). No major repairs, just some nails fillings.

We're recovering our house but don't have the correct equipment to prep and paint our landing. Need someone to finish stripping wallpaper from ceiling, make walls as good as possible and then paint.

We have a wall and ceiling above a stairwell that we don’t have the ability to reach. As you can see in the photos it is just a small strip of paint missing along the wall and ceiling. We need someone who can reach this area to prep (remove plaster spatters from ceiling, then wipe down) and paint this thin strip. We have all required paints and materials (excluding appropriate ladder).
