Didn’t show up on the scheduled date, so we had to reschedule for the next day. When he got here, he charged £200 extra, saying the work was bigger. Rushed through the whole service (4 hours for a 1 bedroom, 550ft), made some low quality repairs, stained the skirt boards and left without removing the froggy tapes. He kept me asking to cancel the job and pay him directly not only the extra, but the platform budget too… horrible service!
