Living room needs painting plus one wall of the bedroom

I need this bunkbed disassembled, and then I need it painted. I assume that the wood will need to be somehow primed and then painted. I’m not sure if the wood needs to be sanded first. There are some black anti-slip strips on the steps and I would like those strips removed and the sticky bits sanded off and everything painted one color.

Just need to fill in screw holes and paint 2 bed 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, stair case/corridor area plus doors. Preferably source the paint also. .
