Quote is not an approved amount with our landlord I just have no idea what the cost will be to repair this. Can you make an estimate on hours to complete these tasks. One of the walls had major erosion last year, we had to replaster and sand the wall, damp paint and then repainted the wall. And the erosion is back, the wall is bubbling. I assume from Damp.
