Skirting board - roughly 40 metres worth around all the rooms in my flat, plain shape, roughly 3cm high (see photos - one of the absolutely worst bit, the other photo of what it mostly looks like). There a very small amount of filling to be done in some places but mostly this job is sand (to create a key), wipe, and then one layer of good quality brilliant white oil-based gloss paint. Doors (plus door frames/architraves) - six in all, all are inside doors, all are plain ie no panelling (see photos), all roughly 180cm high. All doors easily come off hinges (see photo), so you can do both sanding and painting outside on the balcony if you prefer. Looking for someone who will do a careful job, who has experience working with gloss. Can be weekend work if you prefer; ideally before Easter.

Small bit of Mould and damp needs to be deep cleaned on tiles and ceiling in 2 bathrooms, including some of the wall tiles which are required to Seal the grout with a water proof sealer gun in white colour along with painting the ceiling in white colour. Only need one of the Bathroom ceiling painted in white colour. Painter needs to bring along thermal anti condensation paint and clean / treat the Tiles by the ceiling where the mould is in the both bathroom. Please bring along thermal anti condensation paint with you along 4 Mapesil AC Silicone Sealant in white colour for Bathroom tiles. Many thanks

liquid stains on a white-painted wall, have tried Mr.Clean Magic Eraser didn't work

•Sanding off walls and ceiling of bathroom area. •Fill holes around ceiling light. • After all prep work is completed to apply damp proof to stop any more stains coming through paint work. • Apply a pure brilliant white bathroom paint to walls and ceiling. • Remove and re-silicone area of boxing in next to toilet systern and bath. • Replacement of front door lock at the entrance of the property like for like (Lock brand ERA, LIC No - 508652, BS8621:2007) • Remove chalk stains on window sill and apply a fresh coat of paint. A few things (1) Two ensuite (small) bathrooms need slight mould removal+mould blocking paint done. Both on the walls (very little surface and ceiling).White paint needed. (2) Both bathrooms need showset (Hose, Handset, Bracket) bought and replaced. (3) 4 small windowstills need to be painted white-basic paint with antimould paint. (4) Patio Door Lock needs replacement and the sliding door needs greasing. (5) Door handle needs simple replacement.

The paint is peeling off on the kitchen ceiling which needs to be removed and re-painted. I have small video clip and can DM for a better understanding. Please quote if you have insurance and all inclusive. Thanks

Paint hallway in my home - Due date: Flexible

There are six window frames to work on, and nine sides in total needing to be painted: six on the inside, three on the outside. All are made of wood and none of the wood is rotten. Window frames 1 and 2 are hopper windows and look like pictures one (inside) and two (outside). Both need painting on the inside and outside. Both need stripping, probably a bit of sanding/filling, priming, undercoating and then two coats of oil-based brilliant white gloss. Window 6 is a transom window and looks like picture three. It needs painting on the inside and outside. It will need sanding down and then given one coat of oil-based brilliant white gloss. These three windows are on the walkway side of the flat, so access will not be a problem when you are working on the outside of the frames (ie no long ladders needed). Window frames 3, 4 and 5 are all double-hung sash windows and look like picture four. All three only need painting on the inside (including on top of and underneath the top/bottom rails). Window 3 needs stripping, probably a bit of sanding/filling, priming, undercoating and then two coats of oil-based brilliant white gloss. Windows 4 and 5 are more modern, and will only need sanding down and then given one coat of oil-based brilliant white gloss. I would also like you to sand down and put a single coat of gloss on the window frames for windows 1, 2 and 6 (inside and outside). I will be buying new hardware for windows 1 and 2. Hopefully you will be able to fit this? - Due date: Before Sunday, 29 October 2023
