House requires several touchups throughout. There was previously shelving and other items hung on walls. We have had all the wall hangings removed, holes filled, and partially sanded. Walls will require sanding before paint touchups to make sure walls are smooth. Note: there have been some adhesives that have left residue in the top floor / loft bedroom. We have x1 full can of paint purchased 3 years ago but never used. Should be enough!! Only require paint to cover any marks. We are not looking for a full paint job. Just enough to cover the markings. Thank you. Looking for someone who can be efficient and affordable, as this request has been sprung last minute on us by our landlord. We have already vacated the house, therefore there is no furniture whatsoever. Nice and easy!!
