Low ceiling modern flat already in white and good condotion just needs fresheningbup..Woodworkwindow sills and no doors . Replace silicone if required around bath/sinks to have a nice clean finish. Must be experienced and know how to prepare walls and ceilings, although it's already good. Bathroom mould resistant paint to be used on ceiling, Good quality all round I can supply, all white would be fine. If its a good job, there are more flats which also need repainting. There's a small balcony, just the floor to be varnished and handle rail. - Due date: Flexible
