Replace silicone if required around bath/sinks to have a nice clean finish. Must be experienced and know how to prepare walls and ceilings to a smooth finish. Bathroom mould resistant paint to be used in bathroom, Dulux all round, all white would be fine. If its a good job, there are more flats which also need repainting.
