Would like open plan living room painted and bathroom painted with panels at the bottom part of the bathroom. Small bathroom. I’ve attached a picture of my bathroom currently alongside the look I am going for.

1 bed flat requires touch up repainting - Living room (around 5 areas including 1/2 on the ceiling) - Bedroom (around 1 area) - Hallway (around 3 areas including above the door) - Bathroom (2/3 areas on the ceiling) - Bathroom door frame requires repainting inside and outside

Paint a small 2 bedroom flat (1 single, 1 double bedroom, ,small entrance hall, small bathroom and small kitchen, lounge. Low ceiling modern flat already in white/magnolia.Woodwork like window sills and doors and skirting too.Window frames are pvc so no need to paint windows. Replace silicone if required around bath/sinks to have a nice clean finish. Must be experienced and know how to prepare walls and ceilings to a smooth finish. Bathroom mould resistant paint to be used in bathroom, Dulux all round, all white would be fine. If its a good job, there are more flats which also need repainting.
