Clean paint per the post

Cut to size and install astragal moulding/ wainscote to 2x walls following frog tape markings. Moulding has been selected and will be purchased shortly. Ideally would like the moulding primed and painted (we have paint and primer) before installation and caulking done once in situ.

Please paint our living room/kitchen. The room is 5m X 3.78m with high ceilings (around 2.5m, although ceilings won’t need painting). Floor plan attached. We will supply paint, rollers, dust sheets and one ladder (we only have one).

We will have scaffolding on 8 Aug ust and would like someone to paint in white two window sills and paintwork above the windows on the first floor.

My tenants are vacating my 1-bedroom flat on 5 August. I need some paint and minor repair jobs done before new tenants move in. I will provide images if interested.

Paint decking (1 coat, dark grey colour). Decking has been recently jet washed. Paint sleepers/beds around the edges of garden (1 coat, stone colour). Paint 2 visible sides of the shed (1 coat, dark grey colour). Paint balcony decking, spindles and handrail (1 coat, dark grey colour). We will provide the paint. - Carry door from inside the flat, to the section of tarmac in the carpark of the flat. This is not a long distance. The flat is ground floor. - Sand door to be ready for painting. It is a plain flat door with no detail/panelling. - Must bring own sander, and must bring a very long extension cable as you will need to plug your sander in the flat, and then the cable will stretch through the window. - Once sanded, carry the door back inside the flat, to the hall. The door has a coat of white paint, that has been partially removed, and needs smoothing ready to be hung and painted. I am flexible on dates/times as it needs doing when the ground is dry and it is not raining. Alternatively, you may take the door away and sand it somewhere else.

I'd like for my corridors (downstairs, upstairs, stairwell), and door frames and skirting boards painted. The corridor and stairwell have painted wallpaper, which has been damaged in some parts. I don't know what can be done, but if something can be done, that would be cool. Some areas of the wallpaper has peeled away, which would need to be sorted out, too.
