on the ceiling to cover dump

We are an Apartment Hotel. Two of our bathrooms are in need of painting (white). One room, 4A, has had ceiling leaks which damaged the paint. Room 2A paint has just flaked away. It needs removing and be repainted. Being located in bathrooms, we need a primer mould resistant paint first, and then an outer layer of paint for finish. - Due date: Flexible
