Find an experienced apartment painter in Upper Walthamstow

I would like someone to remove the wallpaper from the ceiling above the stairway (I have a wallpaper removal steamer) and paint the ceiling white, alongside painting the edges of the walls we can’t reach (as pictured - it’s a small area). Please note the ceiling is above the stairs and therefore a ladder will be needed to reach. I do not own a ladder and cannot provide a ladder, hence posting on here so looking for painter/decorator with their own ladder.

Paint walls, ceiling, woodwork and pipes to small kitchen, has existing colour paint and to have a new colour. Lounge has existing white and to have new re-touch in white to walls, ceiling and woodwork.

I have two high cupboards that have been plastered, and need the following: - Clean up and mist coat - Laminate flooring added - Painted with emulsion - Wooden trim added - Cupboard doors hung I am unable to do it as I’ve broken my ankle so unfortunately can’t do the prep work either. We are looking for someone to repair some woodwork on our balcony (preferably to be fixed with replacement wood that is harder wearing than what is there now). And then also sand and re- stain all the external woodwork: roughly 3-4 window frames, whole balcony, porch and eaves and also sanding and painting of front door.
