We need to repair and repaint a ground floor studio flat with a high ceiling, there is a 'small room' section, a bathroom and then a larger area kitchen section. This will include a large window frame (this may need a bit of pre-work before painting and painting behind two radiators. There are some cracks to fill in, perhaps some resealing, improving the bathroom area.We need someone who pays alot of attention to detail, is clean and tidy, will leave the place better than they found it.
