Hi, I have recently started work on repairing a section of a wall that had been damaged due to damp. I had to take off a lot of the render and now its been filled up with Toupret Anti damp render. I need someone to come in and do the finish coat, i,.e skim coat, ready for painting as I dont have the skills to get the smooth finish it needs. Thanks!

Two wooden window ledges have some flaking paint. This needs to be removed and then re-painted. Also have 2 x masonry window ledges with a few cracks that need filling before re-painting and a bay window ledge that needs repainting and the wood at the bottom of the bay window needs filling and repainting. Finally, under my bathroom sink a leak has caused the plaster to become damaged. Needs to be patch repaired and repainted. Will provide materials.

Old paint is cracking, so it needs to be sanded and prined, some walls plastered. Doors tonthe bathroom and bedrooms will need serious sanding, there are many layers of bad painted under the last one, so there are lots of leveling to do vefore new painting on them. I'll need separate quoting for each area to run by the landlord: integrated kitchen/ living (3,40m x 7,40m, but there're cupboards for about 2m x 3m at the kichen space),entrance corridor (aprox 2,5m x 3,5m), bedroom (aprox 3,5 x 3,5, but a 3,5m wall is all window, not to be paining, but the opposite wall is build-in wardrope and door to the room ). Also please quote bedroom instead of painting one of the walls to install wallpaper. Please quotings with all materials needed, except paint, which I'll get the colour. But please include how many gallins of paint for each area, so I can also quite that and negotiate with my landlord. Thank you
