Trace an electrical fault causing the RCD to trip. We previously believed it was a washing machine, but this has been replaced. Possible socket issue. May need to change the RCD to several RCBO's in order to find it more easily, or check if the RCD is faulty. History of fault: Previous tenants claimed it was washing machine. I checked and plugging it in tripped it. Replaced washing machine While vacant between tenants, I left the fridge freezer on and new washing machine, after running cycle, no issues. New tenant moves in and immediately the system starts to trip out again from unknown source on that RCD. We need someone good at tracing electrical faults to investigate. Passed its EICR No problem a year ago.
