My laundry machine is not working. It doesn’t spin.

Washing machine intimately works it switches on but the tumble dryer will only occasionally work and there is something wrong with the wash cycle and mix loads which is the most common use. We keep it regularly clean and I’ve drained it on a weekly basis. I believe it’s more an electrical fault in the circuit.

It is frozen on the wash setting. Clothes are inside. I managed to flood my kitchen this morning trying to repair it myself. Urgent repair needed as moving home Beko wm5220s
