Motor not spinning and is stiff

I have no idea what needs to be fone but I thought my clutch was slipping so I replaced the clutch plates but my motorbike still wont work. My motorbike still goes into gear perfectly fine but trying to move off in 1st gear it doesn’t seem to want to go.

Headlight on passenger side had been smashed through Collision. Light itself still works perfectly fine however needs a new lens fitting. The lens has been bought, however I am unable to get the headlight removed & lens fitted
