I'd like someone to come, fix and set up my electric cooling fan. I'm based in Gunnersbury. I tried to set it up myself but made a bit of a mess of it so it's making a lot of noise. I've also screwed one part on much too tight and can't unscrew it now. I have all the instructions and the parts. It's a Oypla Electrical 16" oscillating pedestal cooling fan bought from Amazon.
