I’ve just had my new integrated washer installed but the cupboard door could not be installed onto the washing machine as the previous washer used a different mounting method. There is a hole where the part needs to mount

I have a Candy CBWD8514D_WH Built In Washer Dryer, it is integrated. The internal cylinder has stopped spinning. No error codes are showing, but the machine is not spinning on a wash or a dry. We heard a loud noise suddenly and it stopped spinning. It is integrated and so whoever takes this job will need to be able to pull it out (it is heavy) and return it. It may be that the belt needs replacing inside.
