Am moving washing machine under the boiler. I need a plumber : ** To extend boiler drain from the bottom of boiler place to the out of the wall it is less than 1 metre . If possible can we have WiFi thermostat. ** Pull water supply from sink to the bottom of the boiler cupboard. Have enough space 90 cm to keep the washing machine. ** Put drain connection outside to drain. ** Put electrical switch to washing machine to work. ** In the place of washing machine .. fix dishwasher. Only fixing the connections . Area to work is KT1 3zx in kingston up on Thames . Looking for reasonable quote. Semi-detached old Edwardian house .
Need to repair hood above the hob (Extractor fan above hob)

My extractor fan above the hob (Hood) is not functioning correctly. I have to press the button and keep hold of the button to keep the fan operating. There are 5 buttons and I think they have a different fan speed. I am new to this kitchen and wondering if this is how it is normally or needs fixing. If needs fixing please let me know how much it costs to repair it. And please I do not wish to replace it just repairing is fine. I need this to be done asap please.
