New washing machine needs fixing

Washing machine loads water slowly and drum hard to spin

Its stuck in recline the motor dont work

diagnosing the fault and possibly repairing the equipment (washing machine)

Machine wont spin showing E03 .have tried to drain water myself but it will need draining from the back . Im not able to do this on my own.
