Machine wont spin showing E03 .have tried to drain water myself but it will need draining from the back . Im not able to do this on my own.

its a sportstech treadmill. just over a year old- brought new. off late it seems to stall when wt goes in the front or middle but works ok when we run at the far end of the treadmill ( even here it works only on low speed and makes cogwheel like jerky movements on high speed) - Due date: Flexible
